AUÐUR I assumes management of TAL telecommunications
New owners have assumed the ownership and management of TAL telecommunications and appointed Mr. Ingvar Garðarsson as the company CEO. TAL is owned by AUDUR I private equity fund and Kjartan Örn Ólafsson who has acquired 5% of the company shares.
Audur I acquires Yggdrasill and Vera lif.
AUDUR I private equity fund has acquired 100% of Yggdrasil ehf. and Vera líf ehf. organic food companies. The companies were previously owned by Arev NI prvate equity fund.
