Audur's Corporate Advisory advises buyers of ALP-car rental in Iceland.
A group of investors have reached an agreement with Íslandsbanki to purchase ALP ehf. which is the domestic representative of the international car rentals AVIS and Budget. Auður´s corporate advisory team advised the buyers in this transaction. The investor group consist of Vilhjálmur Sigurðsson, ALP´s current marketing director, Þorsteinn Þorgeirsson, ALP's current fleet manager, Hjálmar Pétursson, the former CEO of ALP and Ársæll Hreiðarsson and Ingi Guðjónsson.
