Lara has extensive experience in the Icelandic financial market. She started working for Landsbanki as a cashier and treasurer in ’95, moving on to process analysis and finally to financial advisement and private banking which she has practiced for the past nine years.

Lara graduated with a diploma in business from Bifrost University in’97 and she is currently working towards a bachelors degree in business.

When it is time for Lara to clock out it is her family that receives all her attention. She has two lovely children, Asdis Ran and Kjartan Pall who are like their mother, great personalities. She is very loyal to her background and hometown of Olafsvik and goes back when ever she has the opportunity to relax and reload. Lara also enjoys fly fishing, snow scooters and the wonderful nature of Iceland.
