Karl has a decade´s experience in the real estate and construction industry and has worked and conducted various different projects within the field. He has for instance worked for the contractor company ISTAK, the engineering consultancies, Ramböll in Denmark, Linuhönnun, and Smáragarður real estate where he was a construction manager. Before Karl joined Audur, he was a consultant and partner at Strada Partners.

Karl holds a bachelors degree in environmental and construction engineering from the University of Iceland and a master’s degree in implementation from the Technical University of Denmark.
