Tómas Gunnar Viðarsson

Tómas Gunnar has years of experience as a personal financial advisor. He previously worked for the Wealth Management department of Landsbankinn and as a pension scheme adviser. He has conducted several courses about pension savings, securities and financial counseling. Earlier in his career Tómas worked as an editor and a free lance journalist for magazines and newspapers. He has also published a few novels.

Tómas obtained his Bachelors degree in Icelandic from the University of Iceland in 2000, and completed a degree as a chartered stock broker in 2001. Tómas has also finished a course in script writing form the New York Film Academy.

Tómas enjoys writing and film making, and these are his main hobbies, in addition to being a sports fan. He has been active in social activates such as serving on employee social committees and the board of the Basketball team Breidablik. Tómas is the proud father of 2 sons, Brynjar Berg and Sölvi Rafn.

Tómas has worked for Audur since November 2009.
