AUÐIUR I - investment strategy

AUÐUR I invests in companies that meet one of the following conditions:

• Company is mostly owned or managed by women

• Company produces or sells products or services that appeal primarily to the female market

• Additional value can be created by Audur's approach to investments

We are a long-term investor, focusing on interesting investment opportunities in Iceland and Northern-Europe.  We invest primarily in companies that:

• are profitable and generally have at least 3-5 years of operating history

• need capital to support future growth

• sell products or services in a fast growing market

• already have or can create a strong market position

• are led by a strong management team
