Arna Harðardóttir is in charge of Auður Capital, Private Equity. She has extensive experience from running her own business through finance and operational management. Arna served as the CEO of a software development company Calidris, was a key employee in the private banking and fund management business of Landsbankinn for a number of years and was CFO of the Icelandic Chamber of Commerce prior to joining Auður.

Baldur Már Helgason is the fund manager of BJÖRK venture fund. He previously worked for Glitnir bank in the US and Canada where he focused on investments in fishing and geothermal energy. Baldur has served on the boards of several Scandinavian companies.
